2025 Asher S90 GCJ #02 Swamp Ash & Maple

This guitar is the exact same specs as the one built for Gary Clark Jr. Designed by Bill Asher to blend the elements of two of Gary's favorite guitars, his Stratocaster and Epiphone Casino with P90's. Using custom Shop Seymour Duncan hum free P90 and Mini Humbucker pickups delivers a great tone for rock and blues with excellent tone for Gary's bottle neck slide playing! "We discussed making a vintage strat style guitar with the full rich tone of a P90 neck pickup and the punch of a mini humbucker bridge pickup". Once I delivered this guitar it went into the studio and created the edgy slide tone for his current album and title song Maktub. Currently being played by Gary on tour and in the studio for it's unique tonal characters and vibe.
